Lonliness is a feeling that I cannot escape,
Like the angry jaws of a lion, it clamps down on my heart and sends me into excruciating sorrow.
Like an angel whose wings are ripped from the back and blood seeps down to their legs.
The rain is my only friend.
The sky softly cries as I sit near my window, looking outward at the trees.
I let out a deep sigh and let the tears fall down my face.
